There is only one man named Nogah in the Bible, and he is one of the lesser known sons of David who were born to him in Jerusalem (1 Chronicles 3:7 and 14:6).
He gets mentioned by the Chronicler, but nothing else is known about him, apart perhaps from having a near-namesake in the genealogy of Jesus, namely Naggai (Luke 3:25).
