🔼The name Telah in the Bible
The name Telah occurs only once in the Bible. He is mentioned among the descendants of Ephraim, but that's all we have on him (1 Chronicles 7:25). His great-aunt Sheerah was a bit more famous; she built upper and lower Beth-horon, at the battle of which the sun and the moon stood still, and where many centuries later Caesar's precious legio Fulminate was defeated (at the first real battle of the Jewish revolt, which culminated in the destruction of the temple of YHWH).
